What is your return and exchange policies?
RETURNS: We accept returns of items that are in a clean, unworn condition with the original tags intact within 30 days of purchase. Returns incur a $4 shipping label fee, which is deducted from your refund once your return has been processed. Your return will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
EXCHANGES: We offer free return shipping on domestic exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in a clean, unworn condition with the original tags intact.

How can I return my order?
To return your order, please contact help@alwrld.com to generate and print a prepaid return label. From there, schedule a pick up or drop off your return at an authorized location for the selected courier on the return label.
Make sure your return is dropped off within 30 days from your date of purchase to ensure that you receive your full refund. Please only send returns using our prepaid return label so that we can properly track your items.
How can I exchange an item?
Once you’ve received your return label and have sent the return item(s) back to us, your new item(s) will be shipped to you. Our warehouse typically takes between 3-5 business days to process your exchange. Please anticipate additional time for shipping
How soon can I expect a refund?
We process your refund the day we receive your returned item. Typically, it will take the bank 3-5 business days to issue the refund to the original form of payment.
How can I check on the status of my return/exchange?
To track your order, use the tracking number that you received in your email confirming the shipment of your order. Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving your shipment notification for the package tracking to update. If you need further assistance, please contact us at help@alwrld.com.
